Payment Term
A 50% Deposit payment of the total package rate must be received by Lovely Bali Tours within 3 days after confirmation of your reservation. Balance payment is required 21 days prior to check-in date in low season and 30 days for high and peak season. Full payment required if you make your booking within 14 days prior to check-in date in low season and 30 days for high and peak season.
Deposit payment, Balance payment or Full payment are Non Refundable
Payment Method
1. Bank Transfer to our company bank account either to Bank Central Asia (account name : Bali Arta Rahayu CV) or Bank Mandiri (account name: CV Bali Arta Rahayu). Kindly send your transfer proof once transfer payment has been done.
2. Credit Card payment (Visa or Master Card) through our online payment system subject to 2.5% credit card processing charge and will be charge in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We will send you a link which will direct you to online form where you will have to fill in your credit card details. It will be processed by Red Dot Payment Pte Ltd as our preferred online payment gateway and it will shown in your billing statement.
Cancellation / Modify Booking / Re-schedule
If reservation Cancelled, Modified , No Show, or Shorten Stay will be subject to 100% of total package rate (Full payment will be applied)
If you would like to re-schedule your booking date, by latest 21 days prior your arrival date – subject to villa availability on new date, and refer to package rate on new date.
Airport Transfer
Lovely package inclusive Airport pick up only (while Airport drop off available on additional charge). Honeymoon Package and Honeymoon & Tour package are inclusive both Airport pick up and Airport Drop off service. Kindly advise us your arrival flight detail for airport pick up arrangement.
