Kanto Lampo Waterfall is a popular natural tourist attraction in central Bali where you can swim or soak in clean water and take pictures on a rock with the shape of the waterfall falling in steps. This waterfall has its own charm compered to other waterfalls in Bali. Waterfalls that rise above the rocks with a height of up to 15 meters. With the water flow not too heavy because its doesn’t fall directly from top to bottom but the water flows past the terraced rocks.
Once you arrive at the location, you will be presented with the beauty of a cascading waterfall, with clean water. You can enjoy the atmosphere by bathing in the waterfall. Sitting on a rock and letting the water wash over your body is one that is often done by many visitors to enjoy the freshness of this waterfall. You can also sit like a hermit or look like you are doing yoga, like the photo that has become famous on Instagram.
How to get there
Kanto Lampo Waterfall located on Jl. Kaliasem, Beng, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. From Ngurah Rai airport and Kuta area its will take 1.5 hours drive. The road is paved and very easy to access until you reach your destination, you just follow the google map directions.
If you want to come here by yourself, you can rent a motorbike for around IDR 200.000 per day depending on the type of motorbike you choose. Then follow the direction of google map while enjoying the scenery and free to stop according to your wishes. If you have never ridden a motorbike in Bali this might not be the right idea. Maybe a car rental including a driver is the right choice for you.
